The Opportunity This full-time Centre Director role involves overseeing operations, educational quality, compliance, and team culture, while building relationships with children, families, and the community. You'll be supported by an Office Manager, an Area Manager, an Operations Manager and direct contact with Head Office. You’ll also have the autonomy to lead a well-established service that values professionalism, teamwork, flexibility, and ongoing learning.
